Allstate Insurance Agency: AOG Group

This place and staff at the 96th St. Allstate branch is amazing! It is not easy these days to find even good customer service. This customer service was excellent!!! Friendly, patient, professional service from Beth. She was able to answer all of our questions and helped us figure out what was going on with our policy. This is not our normal agent, but she treated us like family and even gave us something to drink and a snack. The branch is beautiful and makes you feel at home. What a great experience!

Elizabeth Riddle is my agent. She did an excellent job finding me a policy! I didn’t know much about insurance, but she took the time to explain everything to me. She was kind and friendly, she found me a great policy quickly, and she helped me get several discounts on my policy. I’m very impressed!
